Benjamin M. Sheridan is a partner in the firm of Klein & Sheridan, LC.  His practice is primarily focused on consumer protection work in the firms litigation department.  Mr. Sheridan has a long history of litigation against banks and creditors that are trying to take away your rights.

 

Attorney Benjamin Sheridan graduated in 2008 from West Virginia University College of Law. In 2009, he graduated from the George Washington University College of Law with a master’s degree in International and Comparative Law.

 

Mr. Sheridan began his legal career at Legal Aid of West Virginia helping many West Virginians with serious legal issues including consumer, family, immigration, bankruptcy, property, and many more.
